Built for the realities of the factory floor
We designed these photo optic halogen lamps to plug straight into the 230V systems you already have across Europe. No messing around with complicated setups. Choose from 1000W, 400W, or as low as 35W. That range gives you the flexibility to dial in the heat exactly where you need it. Need to ramp up fast? Crank up the wattage for serious heat density. Or go gentle for delicate optics and sensors that demand steady, repeatable control.
Built to take the beating
These lamps are tough. The halogen cycle works like a self-cleaning system, constantly redepositing evaporated filament back onto the quartz envelope. The payoff? Consistent output and a longer life. The GU10 base snaps in securely, stays put even when the floor is vibrating, and makes swapping a lamp a quick job. And because it’s a direct drop-in, you can replace a lamp without overhauling the whole fixture layout. Less downtime during maintenance.
Where they shine—and what to keep in mind
In photo optics, you get stable, high-intensity light in a small footprint, where heat and illumination have to live together. In industrial heating, they deliver focused infrared for fast, localized heating. But here’s the reality check: higher wattage means a lot of radiant heat. So plan for it. Keep wiring rated for the heat, make sure reflectors are aligned, and set up airflow so nearby components don’t get cooked.
