If the heat goes too deep, the timber starts warping or pushing out moisture, and then you’ve got a real mess on your hands. We use short-wave infrared emitters. They hit the top few microns of the coating and stop there. This lets the lacquer flash off and level out perfectly before it sets. It’s fast. Really fast. And that’s how you get a smooth, flat surface every single time. Why pay for a fancy label? A lot of plants keep buying European brands just because that’s how they’ve always done it.
